I - GENERAL PROVISIONS

This instrument aims to establish the rules and conditions under which EnQ Digital, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 63.618.237/0001-50, hereinafter simply referred to as "EnQ DIGITAL", collects, stores, processes, and protects the personal data of users and visitors of the website enqdigital.com.br, hereinafter simply referred to as the "SITE".

This Privacy Policy has been prepared in compliance with Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018 (General Data Protection Law - "LGPD"), and with the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), forming an integral and inseparable part of the SITE's Terms of Use.

By accessing and using the SITE, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms set forth herein, giving their free and express consent, pursuant to art. 8 of the LGPD, when required.

II - DATA COLLECTED

For the purposes of this Policy, personal data shall be understood as any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, collected by EnQ DIGITAL under the following circumstances:

a) Data voluntarily provided by the user, such as name, email address, and phone number, when filling out contact, quote, or newsletter subscription forms;

b) Browsing data, automatically collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent, and access origin;

c) Data provided when contracting the cloud infrastructure, virtual server, and Data Center services offered by EnQ DIGITAL, necessary for contract formalization and execution.

III - USE OF COOKIES

The SITE uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the user's device, in order to enable and improve the browsing experience, classified into the following categories:

1. Strictly necessary cookies: essential to the technical functioning of the SITE, and cannot be disabled;

2. Performance and analytics cookies: used to measure traffic and user browsing behavior through statistical analysis tools, such as Google Analytics;

By clicking "Accept" on the cookie notice displayed on the SITE's homepage, the user expresses free, informed, and unequivocal consent to the use of cookies as described herein, and may revoke it at any time by changing their internet browser settings.

IV - PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal data collected by EnQ DIGITAL is processed exclusively for the following purposes: (i) responding to contact and quote requests; (ii) enabling the provision and maintenance of contracted services; (iii) sending commercial and informational communications, when previously authorized by the user; (iv) complying with legal and regulatory obligations; and (v) preparing statistical analyses to improve the SITE and the services offered.

V - DATA SHARING

EnQ DIGITAL does not sell its users' personal data. Data sharing may occur solely with information technology, hosting, and data processing service providers, strictly to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or by order of a competent judicial or administrative authority.

VI - DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Pursuant to art. 18 of Law No. 13,709/2018, the personal data subject is guaranteed the right, at any time and upon request, to obtain from EnQ DIGITAL: (i) confirmation of the existence of processing; (ii) access to the data; (iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; (iv) anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law; (v) data portability; (vi) deletion of personal data processed with the data subject's consent; (vii) revocation of consent; and (viii) information about the entities with which EnQ DIGITAL has shared their data.

VII - SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

EnQ DIGITAL adopts technical and administrative measures suitable to protect personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or dissemination. Data will be kept stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the retention periods established by specific legislation.

VIII - CHANGES TO THE POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time, at EnQ DIGITAL's sole discretion, in order to reflect any legislative updates or improvements in data processing, and users are advised to review it periodically.

IX - JURISDICTION

The courts of EnQ DIGITAL's domicile are hereby elected to settle any disputes arising from this instrument, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
